We are a leading installer in the field of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations. Our differentiating factor is the active listening to our customers’ needs and the implementation of collaborative methodologies. As a result, we achieve the optimisation of resources and products, the reduction of completion times and the improvement of quality, thus achieving a positive impact on the economic value of our clients.

Since 2005, we have been part of Grupo Construcía, which is united by our commitment to continuous learning and service excellence. We seek to create abundance in the construction sector and generate a positive impact on people, the environment and the economy. Together with Construcía, EIG and Circular Capital we are part of the transformation of the construction sector towards a circular model.

From Construcía Instalaciones we have structured the enterprise with the aim of being present in all phases of the construction process, as well as in the use and life of the building facilities.

Likewise, we have implemented different internal structures that accompany our clients from the conceptualization, modelling and design analysis, production processes (Lean2Cradle®) to the operation of the building and its maintenance.

The trust of our clients throughout these years has made us undertake installations of great technical complexity in sectors as different as real estate, corporate headquarters, shopping centres or retail. In the industrial sector, we have developed highly innovative facilities such as Data Centres and Clean Rooms.

Circular economy: Lean2Cradle – BIM Construction

Our mission is to transform the construction sector towards a circular model that has a positive impact on people, society and the ecosystem, while generating economic value. Being faithful to our values, from Construcía Instalaciones we have implemented the Lean2Cradle^® methodology, together with BIM Construction technology.

The aim is to contribute, through technology and our acquired knowledge, to the change in the way of working that is taking place in the construction industry. In this way, we provide our clients with a collaborative methodology in the design and execution of MEP installations, listening to their needs and optimising completion processes.

Cradle to Cradle (C2C)

We participate by supporting the client, architecture and design engineering in the project from the stage of conceptualization of the building’s installations. We establish a design strategy based on the optimisation of the installations, enhancing their quality and the traceability and cyclability of the products used, as well as an efficient use of renewable energies.

Lean Construction

Through Lean Construction project management methodology, we seek to deliver maximum value to the client, listening to their needs and optimising the production processes through adequate planning and risk control. With the improvement of coordination and planning in the execution of MEP installations (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) we achieve a reduction in completion times and an improvement in quality (Last Planner System, material hub, prefabrication…)

Lean2Cradle® Construcía

By merging Cradle to Cradle and Lean Construction methodologies, we optimise the costs that circular materials can have with a reduction in operating costs, reinvestment costs and completion time.

BIM Construction

We have also implemented the collaborative methodology BIM Construction, which manages to enhance Lean2Cradle® Construcía processes. Using this technology, added to our experience in the field of MEP installations (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), we manage to optimise the design and execution of projects among the different agents. In this way, we strengthen the Cradle to Cradle (C2C) methodology and the choice and traceability of the materials assigned throughout the useful life of the building. In addition, we establish an improvement in times (prefabrication of installations) and the correction of possible interferences and construction errors thanks to the implementation of the Lean Construction methodology.
