Value Engineering

Within the conceptualization and design phase, Value Engineering allows us to cooperate with our clients by offering a team with more than 15-years-experience in the fields of:

Design and development of MEP installation projects.
Study and proposal of solutions for installations based on the cyclability of materials, using Cradle to Cradle (C2C) methodology.
Analysis and optimisation of execution times using Lean Construction methodology.
Proposal of solutions based on the energy efficiency of the product (Energy audit, low impact solutions).

Execution

Construcía Instalaciones, as a reference in the sector in the execution of MEP installations, through analysis carried out in the process of conceptualisation and BIM solutions, sets execution processes:
