Construcía Instalaciones participates in the implementation of Torre D’Ara coworking in Mataró, a project carried out under Lean2Cradle® Construcía methodology.

These are flexible spaces designed to be able to adapt to the different uses of their occupants, such as flexible offices, an open area, several meeting rooms and more than 900m2 of terraces.

It is worth mentioning the installation of a highly energy-efficient air-conditioning system that allows regulation by areas, and the modular construction solutions such as acoustic ceilings, partitions or tile flooring.

The lighting, climate and fire protection installations are compatible with different layouts, and allow the offices to be subdivided without having to be modified.
