Torre Chamartín is a sustainable and innovative complex made up of two newly built office buildings. The first, “Edificio NORTE” is made up of 18 floors and a SBA with a total of 13,790.97 m2. The second, the “Edificio SUR” is composed of 4 floors and a total SBA of 4,503.91 m2. It also has 245 parking spaces.

Installations carried out: Low voltage, medium voltage, VRF air conditioning with water condensation, ventilation, fire protection, Management and Control System, CCTV and access control.

Torre Chamartín office complex achieved LEED Platinum certification.
