Part of Lean2Cradle methodology has been applied in the project, with the prefabrication of installations or the use of sustainable materials with C2C certification. The project follows the guidelines of LEED and WELL certifications.

BIM methodology: work is carried out in parallel with the works with this modelling, giving added value to the project and, specifically, to the installations and their future maintenance.
