Implementation of King’s corporate headquarters with the application of Lean2Cradle methodology.
Detailed planning of the works, in which all the participants took part, with various pull sessions throughout the works. The work was organised by plant and the materials were collected for their “just in time” arrival, achieving gains in terms of costs and deadlines.
