Functions to develop
  • Plan and organize all activities, for the proper execution of maintenance work, in order to achieve compliance with the deadlines or a reduction thereof.
  • Negotiate and get the best alternative for contracting suppliers / subcontractors in accordance with the terms of quality, prices and lead times.
Training and job requirements
  • 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail / office sector, managing maintenance services in buildings and extensive knowledge in maintenance project management.
Training in PRL, PRESTO, NAVISION, GMAO, with knowledge of current regulations regarding legalization, permit and licenses. Facilities Calculation.
Organized person, with initiative and methodical. Ability to analyze and solve problems, ability to work in a team and its leadership. Clear customer orientation and attention to its needs.
Management capacity, proactivity and initiative. Stress tolerance.
