Complete remodelling of all the rooms of W hotel: electricity, data, lighting, installation of toilets…

During the execution of the works, a planning for each phase of the works was carried out together with the civil works. There was a total of 10 phases, with 2 phases per month.

In order to speed up the works and decongest the plant, all the assembly works of LEDs on metal structures were carried out in an assembly workshop, in a space for this purpose within the hotel car park.

Thanks to a work methodology and planning, the works were delivered one week earlier than agreed.
