Implementation of Grupo Construcía offices in Vía Norte Business Park, Madrid.

The offices have been conceived as a space with open work areas, meeting rooms, multipurpose rooms and individual work areas.

A space created under Lean2Cradle® Construcía methodology, following the principles of Lean Construction and Cradle to Cradle and using materials that are healthy for people and the environment. A workspace with a positive impact from the environmental, economic and social point of view.

The design encourages the use of biophilia, taking the natural space as the unifying thread.
