Lean methodology was used in this project with prefabrications and detailed planning with manufacturers and suppliers; thus, guaranteeing delivery on the agreed terms. In addition, we worked maintaining 100% of the client’s activity, so we had to carry out a planning by phases. On the other hand, materials were selected and supervised to achieve a healthy and beneficial working environment for its occupants.

Value engineering work was carried out which not only reduced costs but also increased profits and reduced construction times.
